Bryan Lee O’Malley’s Scott Pilgrim is returning to screen and via Netflix. The streaming channel is now running the trailer for the anime-like show, helmed by anime studio Science SARU and written by Bryan Lee O’Malley.
So many of the Edgar Wright movie cast are turning, and Wright and Nira Park are executive producers.

O’Malley isn’t just writing; he’s another of the executive producers along with fellow show-runner BenDavid Grabinski.
The producer is Eunyoung Choi, the CEO of Science SARU, and the director is Star Wars: Visions’ Abel Gongora.
Netflix, which has the trailer on YouTube, has November 17 as the launch date. They say;
Scott Pilgrim meets the girl of his dreams, Ramona Flowers, but learns he must defeat her seven evil exes in order to date her. Then things get even more complicated. Based on the graphic novels by Bryan Lee O’Malley.
