Gary Brolsma, AKA the Numa Numa guy, is back with a new version of the video that made him famous almost 20 years ago – and he’s now twice as old as he was back then.
If Numa Numa was part of your teenage years, watching this video now, in 2023, might give you all the feels – it certainly did for me. (Also, you may already be aware of this as it was released in August – but I only just saw it earlier today and had to share)
We might be living in the dark timeline right now, with so many horrors and atrocities being committed around us, but this comment posted on the video resonated with me – why? Because we’re still here, after everything.
We’ve come a long way since Numa Numa, my friends. And I’m glad Gary is still out there doing well, and doing his thing.
In fact, he works in web design in New Jersey, but is also producing his own music now and has released several albums – his latest is called Frosting Covered Cakes which is a mix of new and older tracks.
