It’s been a whole two years since No Time to Die, which means producers are already pondering where to take the next Bond movies. And who better to ask than the public, I suppose…
Fashion company N.Peal, whose clothing featured in the last movie, decided to survey 2000 Bond fans to get an idea of what they’d like to see in the next 007 movie.
They surveyed everything from real-world issues and which actors should play Bond, to movie styles, directors, and finally who should sing the theme tune.
The biggest threat we want 007 to face, with 51% of the vote, is artificial intelligence. Followed by cybersecurity at 38%, and climate change/environmental issues at 28%.
As for actors, 37% majority of Brits said they’d like to see Tom Hardy in the 007 tuxedo, followed by 31% calling for Idris Elba, and 21% for Henry Cavill.
Here are the full results.
I find the movie style question quite interesting, and wonder if they producers would consider something completely untested for Bond. Probably not.
Anyway, were you surprised by any of these?
