We’ve got a bit of a treat for sci-fi fans today, by way of this new sci-fi short film called Lunar. Based in dystopian 2057 Los Angeles, the story is based on criminal sentenced to a lifetime of imprisonment in the infamous LUNAR penitentiaries.
The compelling short was written by directed by Tyson Wade Johnston, and follows the lead character as he becomes the first to successfully break out of MOON JAIL against all the odds and with a lot on the line.
I do have some questions after watching it, but overall it’s a great wee watch and is enthralling from the get go. It’s also a great proof of concept and maybe it’ll turn into something more substantial.

It does feel like everything is against the poor guy, and makes me wonder what’ll happen next. I’m also pretty worried about that baby.
