Achtung! Cthulhu is a tabletop RPG mashup of World War II action and Lovecraftian mythos horror. 2d20 is the publisher’s tabletop roleplaying game engine.

The Quickstart Pack offers a streamlined basic rules set and three missions. These introductory adventures are:

- Operation Ultimatum
- Operation Kindling
There are also 15 pre-genn characters, reference sheets and a wallpaper pack.
