A new trailer and poster art has just been released by Marvel Studios for Deadpool & Wolverine – with in clever designs showcasing the two titular characters Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds) and Logan (Hugh Jackman).
This new adventure sees Deadpool recruited by the TVA to save the Sacred Timeline, but in order to do this he needs the help of the famous but initially reluctant Wolverine! Chaos, hilarity and heroic feats ensue.
First of all, here’s the official trailer, and it’s absolutely 100% perfect. This is what we’ve been waiting for, and so much more. Just… just watch it:
I am so looking forward to this, and I have to say, the musical choice for this trailer is inspired. Now, onto the posters!
Playing with reflections in both characters’ weapons of choice, it’s pretty nice to see the characters incorporated into each others’ posters like this; with Deadpool reflected in Wolverine’s adamantium metal claws, and Wolverine reflected in Deadpool’s katanas.
Got to admit, though, I prefer the Wolverine poster to the Deadpool one. It just looks cooler.
Aaaaaanyway. Just in case you missed it, you’ll be able to catch Deadpool & Wolverine in cinemas from 26th July. Hell yeah.
