It may be only July, but I’m already getting psyched for Halloween with the first trailer having just dropped from Disney+’s new Marvel Television series Agatha All Along, a spinoff from WandaVision that centres on character Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn). Bring on the witchy times!
So, what’s the vibe? Well, according to the description, Agatha: “sets off on a dangerous, mysterious adventure filled with trials and tribulations.”
She finds herself “down and out of power after a suspicious goth Teen helps break her free from a distorted spell. Her interest is piqued when he begs her to take him on the legendary Witches’ Road, a magical gauntlet of trials that, if survived, rewards a witch with what they’re missing. Together, Agatha and this mysterious Teen pull together a desperate coven, and set off down, down, down, The Road…”
Agatha’s character was such a great addition to WandaVision, so it’s great to see her getting her own show, and I love the Halloween feel of this one already. Check out the trailer below:
The cast is also made up of Joe Locke, Maria Dizzia, Paul Adelstein, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Okwui Okpokwasili and Aubrey Plaza.
And the first two episodes of Agatha All Along will be out on 18th September exclusively on Disney+. In the meantime, there’s also this cool poster:
