If you’re liking seeing more xenomorphs on your screen recently, you’re going to be STOKED that FX has released the first teaser for Alien: Earth, with a release announced for summer 2025.
The series will, as you can probably guess, be centred around ALIENS ON EARTH. Aside from that, we can only really guess from the brief shots in the teaser what’s to come. *squints* Is… is that an egg hatching? Could that be an engineer?? Ummm… hard to say.
Here’s the official synopsis:
When a mysterious space vessel crash-lands on Earth, a young woman (Sydney Chandler) and a ragtag group of tactical soldiers make a fateful discovery that puts them face-to-face with the planet’s greatest threat in FX’s highly anticipated TV series Alien: Earth from creator Noah Hawley.
The series will also star Alex Lawther, Timothy Olyphant, Essie Davis, Samuel Blenkin, Babou Ceesay, David Rysdahl, Adrian Edmondson, Adarsh Gourav, Jonathan Ajayi, Erana James, Lily Newmark, Diem Camille and Moe Bar-El.
Okay, so you don’t get a lot out of the trailer above, HOWEVER, if you want a better teaser of Alien: Earth, watch the Disney+ general preview trailer – I promise you won’t be disappointed!
I’m particularly excited about seeing Timothy Olyphant joining the Alien universe, not gonna lie – and, of course, xenomorphs on Earth!
