We’ve been sharing data that Roll20 kindly provided and that’s included the top selling Roll20 modules on DriveThruRPG in 2024.
We’ve also had the top selling products on the DMsGuild published this year and the best overall selling products. In this cut of the data we’re looking at the Roll20 module top sellers on the DMsGuild.
DMsGuild Top Roll20 Sellers of 2024
- The Wild Beyond the Witchlight by Wizards of the Coast.
- Chains of Asmodeus by Wizards of the Coast.
- Kit Gryloc’s Guide to Myths and Monsters – A Greek Bestiary by David Serrano, and GamedayPreppers Roll20 Conversions.
- Planescape: Metropolis by QL Games.
- D&D Players Handbook 2024 by Wizards of the Coast. (Yes, we know! This is a DriveThruRPG link, but we’re sharing the data exactly as Roll20 gave it to us. Perhaps the module was moved from one home to another?)
- The Festive Three by Jenel Lawson.
- There’s Something Wrong with Santa by Jeff Stevens Games, and Jeff C. Stevens.
- Gnome for the Holidays – A Christmas Adventure by Zrave, and Apacolyps.
- BMG-DL-VOTU-00 Dragons of Divinity PDF [BUNDLE] by Jon Christian, and Alan Patrick.
- A Night of Masks and Monsters by Ashley Warren.
Okay, that’s two Wizards of the Coast settings on the top of the list, but we’ve only had Roll20 modules on the DMsGuild for a few years; people who bought the books might now be moving on to VTTs.
As noted above, we also have a DriveThruRPG link in this Roll20 supplied list of DMsGuild hits! That’s interesting. The DMsGuild is where you can by official and community D&D content. DriveThruRPG has migrated to the new interface and has slightly different URL formats, so you can’t simply swap out ‘drivethrurpg’ with ‘dmsguild’ to get to the product page. However, the D&D Players Handbook for Roll20 is listed on the DMsGuild. It has a silver bestseller badge.
There are more sites in the family, and Roll20 has been generous with their data, so we’ve a few more tables to share.
