In an interview with Lindybiege, Rebellion Games CEO Jason Kingsley seems to say there’s a Judge Dredd TTRPG on the way from Warlord Games.
The video host steers Jason back to clarifying that Warlord Games has the skirmish game Judge Dredd, but it is true to say that Judge Dredd’s TTRPG license is no longer with EN Publishing. We had expected the game to surface through Rebellion Unplugged, but they might be busy with Tunnels & Trolls.
In the same interview, Jason seems to suggest that both a Rogue Trooper movie and a Judge Dredd TV show are far from impossible, but neither will be easy.
The host, Lindybeige, is into medieval warfare, which is a hobby of Jason Kingsley. The Rebellion CEO is worth watching on YouTube for historical videos, but it’s unclear how day-to-day he is with Rebellion’s TTRPG licenses.
There is an official Dread: Dredd game from Rebellion, and it’s a quirky one based on Dread and uses Jenga blocks.
