Fans of the legendary Heroes of Might and Magic computer game series can now experience the world of Antagarich in a brand new way.

Ahead of its upcoming Kickstarter launch, a free Quickstart PDF for the Heroes of Might and Magic 2d20 tabletop roleplaying game has been released, offering players an immediate gateway into the strategic and heroic adventures that defined the beloved franchise.
The original Heroes of Might and Magic, a staple of strategy gaming since 1995, and its RPG predecessor Might and Magic (dating back to 1986), captivated players with a blend of strategic army management, hero development, and exploration. Now, in partnership with Polish developer Lans Macabre, the series is being adapted to the tabletop using the popular 2d20 system.
The tabletop RPG promises to capture the essence of the computer games, putting players in the roles of mighty heroes – skilled warriors and powerful mages – who lead armies, undertake epic quests, and battle for supremacy across the continent. Players will shape the destiny of Antagarich and Enroth, building their legends through strategic combat and daring deeds.
To give players a taste of the full experience, the free 62-page Quickstart PDF is now available for download. This introductory guide includes:
- Descriptions of sample nations, character classes, and iconic units.
- A selection of pre-generated Heroes ready for immediate play.
- An introductory scenario, The Krewlod Frontier, is designed to immerse players in the world.
- All the essential rules needed to play through the scenario, including mechanics for leading your first battle.

This release serves as a prelude to the full Heroes of Might and Magic 2d20 Kickstarter campaign, which is scheduled to launch on May 6th. The Quickstart provides a substantial glimpse into the mechanics and setting, allowing prospective players to dive into the world and prepare for the full campaign’s arrival.
