Borderlands 2 launches on September 21st across the world or a few days before that, on the 18th, if you’re in the States. If you pre-order the game then you’ll get access to the Borderlands 2 Premier Club.
Borderlands was a surprise hit for me. I really enjoyed it. I’m not in the shoot and loot style of game, normally, but Borderlands had style and charm.
This trailer suggests the Borderlands 2 will be just as good. It retains the slightly odd and rather comic book art style that set it apart visually. I can only hope it keeps the RPG vibe even though it’s an action game.
I like the trailer. Not a dubstep fan but this energises me. I wonder Gearbox and 2K aren’t entirely sure of which of their fans have the ability to make the game be a viral hit on the web. It’s not the shooter gamers. It’s the roleplayers.
