The Evil Eye
Fancy having vast quantities of kosmic powerz? Oh come on, we know you do. What about another chance to win RPG stuff here at GameWyrd? Now you can do both at once and all you have to do is poke a devil in the eye. Okay. Okay. You have to poke a devil in the eye and get away it more often than anyone else did.
To launch this addictive new game we’ve made special effort to get a special prize for the first month. April’s winner, whoever gets the most kosmic powerz, will be sent a signed a/state poster. a/state is a brand new, hardback, RPG from the Britain’s Contested Ground Studios. The signatures belong to the game’s creator, Malcolm Craig, and the poster’s artist, Paul Paul Bourne. The poster is one from the Convention booth stock. Highly collectable? We think so!
You can read an e-View with Malcolm Craig here.
You can check out a preview of a/state here.
You can play the Evil Eye game here.
Treasure Hunt
GameWyrd’s first monthly prize game, Treasure Hunt, has also been enhanced. The game play is the same – simple and incredibly frustrating – but its now possible to see how well you did compared to the current high scores and see just how well the previous winners had to do to secure their prize.
GameWyrd Winners!
As a wonderfully coded, pleasant on the eye and (above all) extremely useful resource, Warp 1 is this month’s winner of GameWyrd’s Mark of Approval. Warp 1 is a slightly controversial choice of winner this month since it’s closely tied to last month’s winner Silver Crossings. The Award Committee recognised the merits of the other candidates last month but felt that Warp 1 was in a class apart.
If you have a website that’s good enough or know of one then submit it to the approval committee here.
Wyrdling Septon managed a total of 9 sets of loot from the treasure chest game and that’s enough to win!. He’s becomes the first winner to star on top of the Previous Winners page. He wins a copy of “Unspoken Shame”.
