Samsung SERIES 7 Chronos

The world is gearing up for CES. This is the big, perhaps the biggest, consumer electronics show of the year. It starts on January the 8th and will run to the 11th. Blogs like Geek Native will most likely be finding a video or two to share.

Samsung has been quick of the mark and have released a teaser trailer for the Samsun Series 7 Chronos already.

It looks thin but isn’t an ultrabook. We’re looking at quad-core Intel Core i-series CPUs, up to 1TB of storage and 16GM of RAM as well as an AMD Radeon HD 8870 graphics. The 15.6 inch display is 1,920×1,080-pixel resolution.

The laptop is 20.9mm thick which isn’t much more than an ultrabook, however, it weighs 5.2 pounds and that’s a good 75% heavier than a Series 7 ultrabook.
