Yup! Lots of famous geeks in here; Grant Imahara (Mythbusters), Ashley Holliday (Hollywood Heights), Aisha Tyler (Archer,24) and even the mighty “Weird Al” Yankovic. The video was directed by Dave Yarovesky (Ghild, Geek & Gamer Girls) and the stunts were choreographed by Garrett Warren (Avatar, Transformers).
What do you think? Geek exploitation? Take a minute to consider that the name “Team Unicorn” is there to echo the idea that “like unicorns, geek girls aren’t supposed to exist”. I imagine Michele Boyd, Clare Grant, Milynn Sarley and Rileah Vanderbilt might not always take kindly to cries of “fake”.
I think any song, even one with autotuning in, that manages to include a Magic the Gathering reference in the first verse is worth a listen too.
