Weird GameWyrd Game Awards
Another RPG industry award would be boring. We’d be falling asleep. We’d be fed up of hearing who was best of this, best of that and best supporting best thing. By banning the word “best” the Weird GameWyrd Game Awards get off to a good start!
These awards are interested in the /other important/ roleplaying aspects. Which RPG author is most likely to be a caffeine powered robot? Which RPG or supplement makes you go “wow!” Which RPG is most likely to amuse evil GMs? Which has been the sexiest cover in 2003?
And we’re going to bribe you with prizes too! All the unclaimed prizes from 2003 have been stacked up and are being given a way as part of this nomination process.
That’s right: prizes!
That’s right: nominations!
You have until the end of the month to nominate candidates for the short list. At the start of 2004 you’ll have a chance to vote for your favourites on the shortlist.

Cyber Nexus v2
GameWyrd’s stalwart links database, the Cyber Nexus has been improved and expanded. The search engine of RPG links is cleaner and faster. Each submitted site has its own profile page and the Cyber Nexus tracks recent searches and those roleplaying corners of the Internet which link back to GameWyrd.
If you’re a gamer in search of another RPG resource, a free game, some GM advice or just some chatrooms then the Cyber Nexus is fot you.
If you’re the webmaster of your own RPG site (or just a fan of another) then make sure your site has been submitted.
Win prizes! We’re lucky enough to have a copy of World of Whitethorn: The Village of Oester to give a way to one lucky winner. All you have to do is submit a site to the Cyber Nexus and describe it properly. Easy win.
Evil Eye and Treasure Hunt Winners
It’s getting harder to win GameWyrd’s regular monthly games. Wyrdlings Anchent_one and ChristianShea did well in November and will have copies of Power Classes: Knight and Power Classes: Artificer as prizes!
Congratulations..
