I discovered this Kickstarter at 1am last night. At the time this blog post goes up Pirate World still has 14 hours left of funding to run – so hop on if you can. This will be a successful campaign having beaten the £1,300 ask with over £7,000 so far.
Pirate World is a sourcebook for Dungeon World and Fate Core. That’s a good combination. If you’re OSR-centric then you’ll be drawn to the Dungeon World option and if you’re progressive then you’ll eye up Fate Core.
The smallest pledge at which you get a reward is £9. That’ll get you the digital copy of the book.
Tempted? There’s currently a preview up online so can get a feel for things. Dungeon World seems to be leading the development with Fate Core following on.
