On Tuesday the 19th of August, at 8pm in London George RR Martin and Robin Hobb will talk about building a world. The fantasy authors will talk about creating fictional universes, characters and balancing fantasy with reality.
You can still buy ticket to the event in London. They come with a hardback copy of Robin Hobb’s latest book Fool’s Assassin. These tickets are on sale at Eventbrite but note the restrictions. This is not an event for signing or live blogging from.
You can, however, watch online. You can monitor the Twitter hashtag #GeorgeAndRobin.
There is a way for a richer multimedia experience. Tesco’s ebook service, BlinkBox Books, will be live streaming the event. To watch you need to sign up and submit to their Facebook App.
