Looks like we’re safe. Back in November Geek Native shared this rather cool Mind Flayer dice bag from Ultra-Pro and wondered whether Hasbro attack laywers would be inbound.
Guess not since the official D&D Facebook page just shared this Ultra-Pro Mimic Dice Bag.
The pouch is a soft plush, with a heavy duty zipper and doesn’t have to be restricted to dice. Ultra-Pro suggest you could use it for tokens too. There’s no dimensions published so it’s hard to get a feel for the size of the deadly Mimic but it looks like you can get a full set of dice in between those teeth.
A Mimic dice bag makes perfect sense. Mimics pretend to be treasure chests as it’s a sure fire way to catch adventurers out. In other words; Mimics are synonymous with precious items but and risk. Isn’t that exactly what dice bags are all about?
