Zombie survival games in which you’re chased around by a group of actors in zombie make-up are pretty popular these days. They’ve featured on US TV shows like Castle and British soap operas. If you pop over to the experience day site Wish.co.uk’s best sellers you’ll see it’s dominated with zombie encounters. That’s right; fighting zombies is more popular than spa days, paintball or indoor skydiving. In fact, the zombie battle in London is the bestselling experience on the whole site.
Also on that list of bestsellers and climbing is Wolfmen. This is the first werewolf experience day in the UK and it’s very different from the zombies.
In the day you’ll be part of a team who has to protect their base while sending combat teams in to deal with the infected area. Werewolves are fast and clever. That’s a stark and horrible contrast to the shambling zombies.
Not everyone will survive.
I’m not sure I see the thrill myself. If I want to get a shock all I need to do is look at my bank account. But perhaps I’m a wimp. It takes a better person than me to spend a couple of hours dealing the werewolf menace as a way to relax.
Of course; there’s always the option of taking a stag night out to Droitwich, near Birmingham, just to see what the stag makes of the experience. That might make for some interesting stories afterwards.
In a review on the Wish.co.uk website Jane wrote;
Standing on a roof, with an AK-47, shooting werewolves? We did that.
Would you fight werewolves
Would you do it?
If you’re sure battling werewolves is your idea of fun then you can book the experience online.
