March the 4th is GM’s Day. No, really. It is! Here’s a post that dates back to 2002 discussing it on Enworld.
It used to be the fashion to mark GM’s day with discounts. A chance to buy stuff for your GM.
This post was written on March the 2nd and scheduled to go live at 00:10 GMT. In other words; just a few days before GM’s Day.
Now, I imagine some publishers will scramble to push special offers in the next 48 hours. We’ll likely see some deals and announcements go live today.
Right now, though, today on the 2nd of March I’ve only been able to find Tabletop Adventures, LLC with any special offers.
They’re offering 25% discount on their electronic products. Here’s their e-shelf on RPGNow.
What do you think? Should we retire GM’s day, leave it as it is or ramp it up and make it worthy?
Update:
- Fat Dragon discounting for GM’s Day
- Silver Gryphon also doing some 25% discounts
