Games Workshop has formed a partnership with Titan Comics to produce a comic mini-series next year to support Dawn of War III.
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War was a hit back in 2005 and was followed by Dawn of War II: Retribution. The third in the series is due out in April 2017.
The comic book series will be called Bombardment of Acheron but it’s not yet clear whether that will be the subtitle for the Relic Entertainment and Sega produced computer game.
Written by Ryan O’Sullivan and illustrated by Daniel Indro Bombardment of Acheron is expected to tie into the game, though, running in parallel to the game and following the Blood Ravens Space Marines, the Eldar and Ork horde in a race to a planet where a super-weapon has been found.
