$20 in backing gets you a copy of the Orcish Beefcake calendar. It’s no joke. It’s a Kickstarter and you can follow the progress here. Zombie Orpheus are asking for $15,000 and, at the time of writing, have made $8,700 from nearly 200 backers.

There is one special effects guru in the form of Claire Brooksbank, one photographer in the shape of Jason Ganwich and the five stars; Jesse Lee Keeter, Jeremy Spray, Luke Amundson, Nathan Rice and Anne Clausen Williams.
I like to try and imagine the backstory to this Kickstarter. Some post-GenCon drinking session in which all five through it would be a good idea.
It’s worth noting these aren’t five random people. The orc characters are from JourneyQuest, I think, Zombie Orpheus’s YouTube series.
