Tabletop Gaming Magazine’s London event runs from Saturday 29th of September to Sunday 30th. It’s being billed as the first table all tabletop genres; RPGs, board games, card games, miniatures (and others) will be played and demonstrated under a single roof.
The roof in question is Alexandra Palace. That’s a big venue. Wood Green is the best Tube station, on the Piccadilly line, near(ish) from Finsbury Park. There’s free parking and access from the A1, M25 and A406.
You can get tickets from the Ticket Factory.
I don’t know if the claim that this is the first time every tabletop genre will be played under one roof in London (what about UK Games Expo?) but the timing of the show is spot on. Tabletop Gaming Live is before the big games show in Essen (Germany) but after Gen Con in the US. As a result I predict big games will premier at Gen Con and then follow up in London.
The publishers of the magazine are talking about hundreds of exhibitors, including publishers and retailers. If you do have a tabletop game to promote and might be interesting in attending a business then this empty page is the one to watch. There are already sponsors in place; Mantic Games, Wayland Games and Warcradle Studios.
Prices, including admin free, start at £10 and you can get the 2 day bundle, Saturday 29th or just Sunday 30th.
