Dynamic Dungeons is a Patreon currently offering one animated map pack a week. Each map is a looping video that shows effects like trees swaying in the wind or the flickering flames of a campfire. Add your favourite miniatures, and a large flatscreen and the videos become a motion map for your D&D or Pathfinder adventures. The challenge, I suspect, is access to a large enough flatscreen that you don’t mind using as a tabletop.
Importantly, the Dynamic Dungeons team don’t only do the map videos as each map pack comes with high quality still image that’s suitable for online RPG tools like Roll20, Fantasy Grounds or EpicTable.
