D&D player and Tennessee based John Chadwick purchased one and set about transforming it with an incredible paint job and flocking.
I’ll admit it is the moss that first caught my attention. It helps me imagine that this creature was nothing more than a pile of boulders for thousands of years, never moving, never caring until the magic happened and the elemental urge took over.
It’s the touches of blue-ish crystal that give the towering creature important contrast though. There’s blue where eyes should be and that, in turn, helps to highlight the jaw – and there’s even the suggestion of a smile there. Brilliant stuff.
