I really enjoyed Borderlands. Borderlands 2 was bought in a Steam sale and I’m yet to play it. How come? Now at PAX East 2K and Gearbox have just announced Borderlands 3!
There’s more information for Borderlands 3 expected April 3 but we’ve the trailer for now. It looks and feels very Borderlands.
So why is 2019 the Year of the Borderlands? Well, we’ve the Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition due out. That’ll have new weapons, a meaty visual upgrade and will be out for PS 4, Xbox One and PC on April 3rd.
There’s Borderlands Ultra HD texture packs available for download on April 3rd too. This is a free and optional download that will increase the visual fidelity of the Borderlands: The Handsome Collection and all its DLCs on consoles, and provide visual boosts for Borderlands 2, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. How much of a boost? 4K.
There’s even a Borderlands 2 VR experience coming to PlayStation VR this summer.
