It’s already possible to buy Pathfinder minis from WizKids. Pazio must be happy with the Pathfinder Battles range as they’ve extended their deal with the model maker to include their sci-fi RPG Starfinder.
Expected out in 2020, Starfinder Battles will be a range of Starfinder Roleplaying Game pre-painted miniatures.
Justin Ziran, president of WizKids, told press;
We’re very excited to explore the Starfinder universe with Paizo,”
We’re confident that our fans will love the new miniatures this line will have to offer.”
WizKids have been busy this month, announcing the arrival of The Rise & Fall of Analor, a board game set in the Warhammer: Age of Sigmar setting and WarLock Dungeon Tiles.
The WarLock Dungeon Tiles were previewed at GAMA at March and are designed to cope better with external walls (slightly offset) and internal walls (super thin) than other rival tile sets.
Starfinder Battles will get off to a strong start in 2020 with both a Booster Set and a Premium set being available worldwide.
Jim Butler, VP of Marketing and Licensing at Paizo, said;
Pathfinder Battles has been a stalwart of the Pathfinder RPG for years, and we’re excited to see WizKids bringing that same expertise to the Starfinder universe,”
With hundreds of aliens and scores of player-character races in the Starfinder RPG, the Starfinder Battles line is sure to expand your gaming tabletop for years to come.”
