Back at the start of the year Cubicle 7 shows us what the front cover of their new Age of Sigmar Warhammer RPG would look like. In doing so, they gave us a peek at some of the character archetypes in the game.
This week, at Warhammer Fest, they gave us the name for the Age of Sigmar RPG. It’ll be called Soulbound.
The team also revealed lots of art from the Soulbound Starter Set. There will be two books in the set: an adventure book and a city guide. Which city? A new one in the realm of Aqshy. This blogger doesn’t know too much about the Age of Sigmar, but the word Aqshy reminds me of the word Shyish.
You can combine the two covers to form a single illustration from Johan Grenier. Let’s take a look:
Cubicle 7 also had to announce that release date for Soulbound had slipped. The RPG was expected late this year but now will not be published before spring 2020.

The top half shows a city being purged of Tzeentch. Is all going well? Not if you look below the ground and to the Adventure Book cover where you can see the game’s iconic heroes in a struggle against Tzeentch horrors, including a Lord of Change.
The first update for Soulbound over at Cubicle 7’s website also let us see some of the archetypes up close.
