Nearly 6,000 gamers backed The Expanse RPG on Kickstarter, trusting Green Ronin to deliver one the most popular sci-fi series in recent years. Now the publisher is taking pre-orders for the tabletop game based on James S.A. Corey’s award-winning books.
The Expanse RPG Game Master’s Kit is also open for pre-orders, and this gives gamers some options.

At the time of writing, all pre-orders are being managed via Green Ronin’s own online store rather than DriveThruRPG or Amazon.com.
There have been issues with Amazon, though. Writing on the Kickstarter update page new ronin Troy Hewitt shared the discovery.
Unfortunately, we’ve also learned that some of our global Backers were able to find and purchase the standard edition version of The Expanse RPG, sans any Backer Rewards, from Amazon. After many calls, lots of emails, and outreach to our Amazon contacts, we had yet to receive details that we felt were clear enough to merit an update.
Kickstarter backers should not feel cheated though, perhaps just frustrated. Amazon is only able to distribute the standard edition of The Expanse RPG. It’s not possible to get any of the Kickstarter exclusives through it.
