Pirates of Pugmire is a supplement for either Pugmire or Monarchies of Mau. In Pugmire the focus is on anthropomorphic canines surviving in a post-human (but not posthuman) world, and Geek Native rather liked it. Characters are anthropomorphic felines in Monarchies of Mau. Both games from Onyx Path Publishing use streamlined editions of D&D 5e.
The Pirates of Pugmire supplement adds playable lizard and bird people. You can follow its Kickstarter progress via its campaign page.
A pledge of $20 will get you a PDF version of Pirates of Pugmire whereas stepping up to $25 will get you the PDF version and an ‘at cost’ print-on-demand coupon for when the print version is available. Alternatively, step up to $45, you’ll get the Pirates of Pugmire in hardback and an ‘at cost’ coupon (if you want another) as well as the PDF.
The Pirates of Pugmire is expected to have an early 2021 delivery date (due to stretch goals) and will offer the following;
- Playable lizard and bird characters
- Six new callings
- Rules for sailing and fighting on the Acid Sea
- Treasure and gunpowder weapons
- Setting details for Waterdog Port, Port Matthew, etc.
- …and three complete adventures!
