Tech-Priests are members of the Cult Mechanicus, part of the Imperium of Man and responsible with growing the Imperium’s technical capabilities. Despite their attention, humanity has developed very little new technology since the Horus Heresy.
What’s happened? The Tech-Priests have become lost to dogma and history. Even turning an engine on requires lengthy and complicated hymns to be sung.
