Shinji Mikami is known for Resident Evil and then going on to found Tango GameWorks to produce more survival horrors. GhostWire: Toyko casts that tradition aside. It’s not supposed to be a horror. It’s an action-investigation but looks spooky as hell!
People are vanishing. All that’s left of them are the clothes they were wearing, clothes that have just fallen to the ground mid-step. It’s up to you to work out what’s going on.
This investigation leads you into a dangerous mystery full of supernatural horrors and some mundane threats as well.
We’re not being told to much of the game’s system yet. However, we do know that your character will have some powers, or special abilities, of their own. It looks as if you’ll need it.
Ikumi Nakamura
Ikumi Nakamura is the creative director on GhostWire: Tokyo. You’ve seen the trailer above? You absolutely have to watch this very short cameo on stage for a contrasting and hugely charismatic appearance.
Have you been talked into trying the game? I might have been.
