The latest and official Wizards of the Coast book is out, and you can grab the hardback from Amazon or your local store if you want. It’s D&D Acquisitions Incorporation from the Penny Arcade and WotC tag team.
Or, if you play more of your D&D on the virtual tabletop Roll20, then you can grab your electronic copy, complete with Roll20 integration. The marketplace shop is open and selling the game.
Roll20 features include Charactermancer support for the new race Acquisitions Incorporated adds and the 5 new backgrounds.
There’s a compendium that brings more than 20 new monsters, items and spells into the game. Once you buy Acquisitions Incorporated, you’ll be able to drag and drop these into any of your other Roll20 D&D games.
There’s an adventure add-on that’ll take characters from level 1 all the way up to 6, an art pack and if your Roll20 plan supports it, then there’s dynamic lighting on the maps.
