Swordsfall is an “Afropunk” RPG that’s got many people pretty excited. Why? It’s different.
Afropunk is a mixture of cyberpunk and African culture. The setting is rich in politics and tension as well as, of course, physical threat. Another way to get to know ‘Afropunk’ is to read a graphic novel in the setting. That’s what Drift of Dreaming is all about.
The campaign goal is $17, 000, and there are 14 days left to hit that target, at the time of writing. Brandon Dixon has already raised $10,000+ for the project, and so if momentum keeps up, we should cross the finish line.
A pledge of $15 will get you an Ishvana edition PDF copy of the graphic novel or a Xavian edition. Step up to $30, and you have the same choice but in softcover.
Xavian is the Withering King, and his corruption has spread on to the Tapestry. It’ll take the combined might of human dreams to push the entity out of The Tapestry, and this means entering the dreams of sleeping humans around Tikor.
