Demigods is a great looking RPG project from Jason Mills. It uses the Powered by the Apocalypse game engine and lets you play a demigod from any belief system you fancy and in a modern setting.
At the time of writing, there are 16 days left to collect funds, but Demigods is going very well and is more than 300% funded and appearing 700 backers. You can check progress on the Kickstarter campaign page.
It only costs $9 to get the PDF (and .mobi) version of the game, and that’s a very popular option with backers. Nearly as popular, is the $27 pledge tier that gets the physical book. Shipping is free in the US but not elsewhere. The hardback is $36 with the same shipping deal.
Stretch goals are being unlocked. There are bonus playbooks in the form of The Twins, The Monster (characters like minotaurs) and the Spindle (mortal characters who know about the secret war between gods).
Also unlocked are a larger monster book and custom dice. More pantheons and guest authors have been added. Guest authors already include the like of Danielle DeLisle, Samantha Terry, Sam Saltiel and Camdon Wright.
The next big stretch goal is $30,000, which will ramp up the amount of art. The art looks gorgeous with both Amelia Vial (characters) and Minerva fox (cover and interiors) doing sterling work based on the pitch video.
