Daniel Fox and Andrews McMeel are giving away entire digital copies of Zweihander Grim & Perilous RPG.
In particular, McMeel is supporting DriveThruRPG’s new Phone PDF format, have invested time and money into converting Zweihander Grim & Perilous RPG into it.
You can take advantage of the offer on the newly updated Zweihander Grim & Perilous RPG page.
Once the offer period to help promote the new Phone PDF format is over, Zweihander will revert to $11.99.
Zweihander was a successful Kickstarter in 2016, raising more than $60,000 in pledges. Billed as a game with an old school feel but with new school appeal, Zweihander is a low fantasy game where the characters are everyday folk rather than heroes. It’s a fight to survive, not a quest to thrive.
The RPG won gold in the 2018 ENnies for Best Game and was the 6th bestselling fantasy RPG in DriveThruRPG that same year, beating Wizards of the Coast’s Wayfinder’s Guide to Eberron and Dungeon World.
Daniel D. Fox, the game’s developer, moved to work at Andrews McMeel this year. McMeel publishes Sarah Andersen’s Herding Cats, Cube Kid’s Diary on an 8-Bit Warrior. At McMeel, Fox is the Executive Creative Director of Games and is there to work full time on Zweihander and help the publisher into the tabletop games space.
