Mike Myler’s Vast Kaviya doesn’t have a world map as such. It would break printers. Instead, the vast world has 21 regions, and 20 Warlords and the maps are of the Warlords’ lairs.
The project isn’t using Kickstarter, but the RPG specialist platform Game on Tabletop instead. Myler is asking for $2,500 and has over $1,100 from just 25 backers, at the time of writing. That’s nearly halfway there from the first people to hear about this unusual 5e project.
There’s a host of new races, some are quite familiar but some are very far from traditional D&D. Ther are new class archetypes, new classes and new options. In other words; Vast Kaviya isn’t just a world book, it’s a crunch book.
A pledge of $10 will get you the PDF, $25 gets you the softcover and PDF while $30 will get you the hardcover and PDF.
The backers who have gone higher have done so to adopt warlords or design creatures.
