Watabou, the creator of the fantasy city map generator has created another impressive tool.
You can now generate a whole dungeon in just the time it takes your web browser to load. If you don’t like it, hit enter, and in a flash, you’ll get a new map to explore.
There’s more than just connected rooms, tunnels and corridors. Each dungeon is named, and principal rooms are annotated with encounters. Your players might find a battered crate with a magic ball in one chamber and a dying hunter in another.
It takes just a press of a button to change the shading the dungeon design uses too, giving you some control of how the dungeon looks.
Can you use these dungeons in your own commercial RPG? You can. Very generously, Oleg Dolya (aka Watabou) even says that attribution is appreciated but is not a requirement.
Fans and supporters can show monetary appreciation over at the Patreon. You can follow the creator here on Twitter.
