Paizo has today opened the doors on the Advanced Player’s Guide playtest for Pathfinder 2e.
The RPG is considering introducing four new classes in July 2020 and is asking the community to try them out in advance to make sure they work as well as can be expected.
The four classes joining Pathfinder 2e in the Advanced Player’s Guide are;
- The investigator as a savvy and street-smart problem solver.
- The oracle as a character that suffers a curse but can also cast revelation spells.
- The swashbuckler that fights with panache and bombastic flair.
- Also, the witch who casts hexes thanks to their powerful familiar.
The playtest will remain open until December the 2nd. After Tuesday, November the 12th these surveys will open, and you can tell Paizo what you thought of the characters.
If you’ve time there are also forums to discuss the playtest.
In the meantime, you can download the classes (PDF link) from Paizo Publishing.
