Is there a shortage of realistically dressed and heroic female figures in your contemporary tabletop RPG miniatures collection? You won’t be alone, and it’s a problem that Spain’s Hydra Studio can correct.
These four figures are on Kickstarter with a €5,000 target. At the time of writing, there’s over €1,500 pledged and still 19 days on the clock. It’s all to play for. You can pledge at the campaign page.
The minis are 75mm, digitally sculpted and produced in high-quality resin. There’s Ana the astronaut, Eva the fighter pilot, Maria the private detective and Tania the firefighter.
A pledge of €35 will get you one of the models if you back right now. That’s a saving of about €10 on the retail price. If you miss that window, then the next chance to get a mini will cost €40.
There are economies of scale by going larger and buying more minis.
New sculpts unlock for backers if stretch targets are met, including Simba a K-9 Agent.
Yeah, they’re on the expensive side, but they’re also providing quality minis for characters that are common to play but hard to find.
