Ravensburger has announced a cooperative strategy game, due out March 1st, called Wonder Woman: Challenge of the Amazons.
In the game, players are defending Themyscira from an onslaught from Ares, Circe, or even The Cheetah. Working together, the Amazons will have to find strategies to keep the invaders at bay.
The box contains five hero miniatures, and Diana has been confirmed as one of them, the other four remain unannounced. Each of the heroes will have different abilities, but with a 10+ age recommendation of the box, we’re not expecting the rules to be too complicated.
The game is suitable for 2 to 5 players and can be played in about 45 minutes.
Wonder Woman: Challenge of the Amazons was co-designed by Prospero Hall who also has a newly announced Back to the Future game coming out with Funko.
The game is well timed with the marketing for Wonder Woman 1984, the sequel to the hugely successful Wonder Woman movie already in action.
