Based on Michael Tanner and Zach Lehner’s Junior Braves of the Apocalypse graphic novels and powered by the Kids on Bikes roleplaying system, Renegade has today announced a new RPG.
The Junior Braves Survival Guide to the Apocalypse RPG was designed by Gremlin Legions and picks up after the Junior Braves come home after a week-long outdoor adventure.
The kids discover that their families are missing and there are all sorts of nasties in the streets. The game is about exploring abandoned buildings, dealing with rabid squirrels and running away from mutants.
The RPG will be co-published with Oni Games. It’s Oni Press who published the graphic novels, and Zach Lehner has provided the art.
Pre-orders are open, the game has a price tag of $24.99 and while there’s no mention of the game being a limited edition the Renegade site does currently say “Only 10 available”.
