Cubicle 7 are busy working through the lockdown.
The publisher’s revised edition of Wrath & Glory is due out this week, but that isn’t the only Warhammer game they’re working on.
Today they’ve opened the covers of Soulbound, the Age of Sigmar RPG, and let fans look inside.
It’s worth noting that these are the designs as they stand now. Soulbound has not gone to the printers and Cubicle 7 will be listening for feedback. In other words; these designs are not final.
As well as getting a look at the art, a fair chunk of rules is visible in this layout preview. These too, I imagine, are subject to change.
Soulbound Archetypes
Chapter 3 is about Archetypes. We’ve previously had a bit of a closer look at some of these options including the Hag Priestess, Knight Incantor, Skyrigger and Isharann Soulscryer.
Soulbound Attributes, Skills and Talents
We also get a look at some of the character generation rules from chapter two. There are notes in the margin, which is a nice touch.
We can see that there will be three attributes in Soulbound: Age of Sigmar in the form of Body, Mind and Soul. These are scored from 1 to 8 for the PCs and are used to determine dice polls for Tests.
Are you looking forward to playing Soulbound as an RPG? Let us know what you’re hoping the game brings to life?
