It’s usually $4.95, but right now the 22-paged download is free.
Those 22-pages contain 60 short encounters suitable for towns, coast and see. There are over 150 variations of those encounters to maximise the chance of you being able to fit them into your campaign.
Written by Ashely Warren, James Haeck, James Introcaso, MT Black and Rich Lescoufliar, Saltmarsh Encounters is a DMs Guild Adepts project. That means it gets a gold ampersand logo.
At the time of writing, Wizards of the Coast have not updated their free material for playing D&D during the Lockdown for today. Still, the space for Monday 13th suggests adventure material will be made available from the DMs Guild. Those adventure material might well be this download.
Comments on the DMs Guild page dated the 11th of April ask about the free product and cite the D&D freebie page. If Saltmarsh Encounters did once appear on the D&D freebies page, it has since been removed. Perhaps there’s a last-minute hiccup?
