In a busy week for new RPG releases, Strangewood Studios have released Agents of Concordia core rules to DriveThruRPG in PDF.
The Swedish newcomers have used Modiphius to help bring their Kickstarted game to market. The PDF will only be available at DriveThruRPG, and I don’t see a print-on-demand option for it. However, I suspect physical book options will be available for the game as Modiphius notes that if you buy the PDF and then decide you want the print book, contact them for a discount.
In Agents of Concordia, characters travel between worlds as special agents in the Concordia Central Intelligence and charged with the protection of the multiverse.
The RPG is chock full of species and mixes technology and mysticism to create a different feel from traditional western fantasies.
A free to download Quickstart beta of the game is still currently available from the Kickstarter.
PCs could be, for example, a 9-foot tall ogre investigator or a 3-foot tall marmoseti locksmith with an aether-fueled rocket car.
Agents of Concordia doesn’t use Modiphius’ 2d20 system, it’s a Strangewood Game. The rules here are story-driven, fast-paced and designed to keep page flipping to a minimum.
Curious? You can check out Agents of Concordia on DTRPG.
