EN Publishing, the publishing arm of popular RPG site EN World, has today released their next Kickstarter venture.
Mythological Figures & Maleficent Monsters brings the likes of King Arthur, Dracula, Thor, Achilles, Robin Hood and Baba Yaga to Dungeons & Dragons.
The campaign goal was set at £5,000 and before the end of the first day, 30 days still on the clock, the pledge total from well over 400 backers is at £21,100. You can see progress on the campaign page.
The campaign will deliver a hardback with 235 full-colour pages with illustrations. There will be nearly 100 figures from mythology and monsters starting at CR 1 and going all the way up to… CR 35.
Mythological Figures & Maleficent Monsters also comes with items, 33 in total, to include the likes of Excalibur, Mjölnir and the Nautilus.
Funding alongside the main book is The Masterclass Codex, a 190-page hardcover book comprising 16 new classes for 5E that is available at some tiers.
A pledge of £15 will unlock the main PDF and some stretch goals. The delivery date for that is July 2020. In other words; you get it when the Kickstarter ends.
Step up to £30, and you’ll get PDFs of both books.
Presently, the most popular tier is £40, which brings the hardback of Mythological Figures & Maleficent Monsters and a PDF too. The estimated delivery is October.
£80 gets you hardcover of both books, also for October but there is also a £120 tier if you want deluxe editions of both books.
