Announced at the first-ever Adult Swim Con, Fena: Pirate Princess is a kickass anime made in partnership with Crunchyroll.
The 12 episode anime follows Fena Houtman who was raised on a little island and with no future other than to be used and discarded by British imperial soldiers.
Fena’s future changes when her past comes knocking. With a new goal, free from bondage, she sets out to find not just this mysterious world of “Eden” but for a place to belong.
The anime is being made by Production I.G. and will air on both Toonami and Crunchyroll next year.
