London, Berlin and Madrid have all had some racing game sponsored street art splashed onto a dull wall. In London’s case the art attack happened in Hackney and was lead by Gavin Nolan, the guy behind The Rockwell Project. It’s supposed to be 3D art. Tough to do in graffiti style – but I’ll leave it up to you to decide whether they managed or not.
First I wanted to show you the video from the Blur Game microsite. It’s one for the Mario Kart haters out there – and I know there are some; despite how much fun Mario Kart is with the Wii steering wheel and despite how ten a penny more traditional racing games are!

Given that video it should come as little surprise to find out that the street art depicts crashed cars. There’s a Flickr account for more pictures.
There’s even a time lapse video of the hackney Blur Game street art being painted. I wonder if it’ll distract many drivers!
Blur is available at all the usual places: Amazon, GAME and Play.
