Geek Native and Legendlore designer Steffie de Vaan chatted, albeit briefly, about the idea while discussing the future of D&D. Then R. Talsorian Games writer Sara Thompson went above and beyond a wrote up stats for a magical wheelchair in D&D.
If you’re playing D&D, a game which features the Warforged, sentient magical constructs, and the Artificer class, then an enchanted chair an option that seems potentially in-keeping with your setting. After all, D&D gives us lots of people who could have incredible abilities and yet not be great on their feet.
Combat wheelchair miniatures
British Strata Miniatures have made it easier to bring combat wheelchair minis to your game.
The company has four designs published so far, and there are options for each. You can pay £5 for the STL file and 3d-print your own, or you could buy either a resin or a metal version from their store.
